During rebate card validation, the wireless phone number and IMEI (Handset ID) number submitted showed a discount was provided at the time of the handset sale. In many cases this discount was applied to your T-Mobile billing account in the form of a Customer Care credit. Per the terms and conditions on the rebate card request form, the T-Mobile mail-in rebate card offer may not be combined with any other offers, promotions, discounts, credits or rebates.

Contact T-Mobile Customer Care > to see if your account has been credited for any of the following reasons: Rebate Card, Upgrade Rebate Card, Business Care Upgrade, or PWA minus 10% minus Rebate.
